MONTH 1 - Overview of the Bigelsen Method

During this first month you will see unpublished videos from Dr. Bigelsen explaining what the Bigelsen Method is. Lectures from Adam and Josh explaining the basics of the Holographic Blood method and other complementary materials.

MONTH 2 - Structure

The structure is the starting point to learn to take care of yourself. During this month you will find the lecture about structure, interviews with Dr. Bigelsen in Explore Magazine, Dr. Fulford’s exercises and other complementary materials.

MONTH 3 – Structure part 2

Continuing with the structure, during this month we propose you more exercise to include in your daily routing, some education about the primitive response repair mechanism and other complementary materials.

MONTH 4 – Energy, Sound and Vibration

Everything is energy, everything vibrates. During this month you will discover how the Holographic Blood shows the energy in the body. You will also learn a powerful QiGong practice with healing sounds that will help you to keep your energy flowing during the day, some other energy exercises and other complementary materials.

MONTH 5 – Energy, Sound and Vibration part 2

We continue learning more about the power of words, the importance of grounding , a practice of meditation and a very interesting interview with Daniel Roytas about EMF Sensitivity, and other complementary materials.

MONTH 6 - Emotions

Emotions can be seen in the blood. Adam & Josh lectured with Michiko Hayashi (Emoto Peace Project) about it, in this unique lecture. Topics like conflict shock, Quick Coherence Technique and thoughts and emotions are explained during this month, alongside with other complementary materials.

Now is the moment to check what we’ve learn and, specially, if we are ready to live without excuses. Adam & Josh share a workshop and some clips from the True Healing Conference with Dr. Kaufmann. Dr Daniel Allen will explain how to help the body to find its way and the awesome webinar with the most important woman in the Bigelsen method: Judy Bigelsen. Judy and Fiona Gardner share some very nice and interesting information about Dr. Bigelsen and the 40 years of work with the Holographic Blood Method.
